1. PANIO offers one year warranty from defects in material and workmanship. (Items that are physically damaged, misused, tempered with or altered are void of warranty. PANIO is not responsible for items damaged in transit.)
2. New items found with defects are exchanged at no cost if returned within one month from invoice date, depend on stock availability.
3. PANIO repairs for defective equipments if notified within one year from invoice date at buyer expense, provided that the equipment is not physically damaged, misused, tempered with or altered. For more information for repair items, please refer to RMA policy.
4. Freight is equally shared between buyer and PANIO (shipped by EMS).
5. Product fittings such as the power wire and the connecting line are be long to the consumables there without warranty.
